Returns
We want every print to arrive in the condition it left production. If something is wrong when your order reaches you, this page explains how we put it right.
Damaged or defective items
If your print arrives damaged in transit or with a manufacturing defect, you may raise it with us within thirty days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a refund for the affected item once the issue is confirmed.
A photo of the issue
Because each piece is produced individually, the quickest way to resolve a fault is a clear photograph of the problem. A picture of the damaged area, and of the packaging if the parcel itself was knocked about, lets us understand what happened and sort it out without sending the piece back and forth.
How to start a return
- Write to [email protected] within thirty days of delivery.
- Include your order reference and a short description of the fault.
- Attach a photo of the damage or defect, and of the packaging if relevant.
We will reply with the next steps. Once the issue is confirmed we will send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
Made-to-order items
Because prints are made individually for each order rather than kept in stock, we are not able to accept returns simply because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your right to a remedy where an item arrives damaged or defective, and it does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it is returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
